The Current Miami is a 635,000-square-foot activated office campus in the heart of Miami with availabilities from 10,000 square feet and up. The property is undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation of its exterior landscape and interior campus environment. The property’s redesign focuses on delivering Miami’s future workforce with flexible, more ingenious spaces that encourage opportunities for creativity and connection. The Current Miami owner, Bushburg, has begun the first phase of renovations focused on the building’s south entrance and lobby. The enhanced entrance and lobby experience will feature casual lounge seating, a coffee bar, and boutique retail spaces. In this phase, the property will also be concentrating on a 12,000-square-foot modernized conference center which will be immediately available to tenants upon completion. Ownership expects the first phase of renovations to be finalized in the first quarter of 2023.
