The Current Miami announces it will host Bisnow’s Money Conference on November 15

The Money Conference brings together major power players in the industry to discuss debt, equity, inflation rates, blockchain, and technology.

MIAMI, FL, November 9, 2022  The Current Miami, formerly known as Flagler Corporate Center, is proud to host Bisnow’s Money Conference on Tuesday, November 15. The conference will take place at The Current Miami located at 9250 West Flagler Street from 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. in Miami, FL. 

 

The Money Conference will feature speakers and panelists who are top industry leaders to discuss the next frontier for investment and finance, the state of debt and equity, and more. The event will gather best-in-class experts to provide attendees with the latest knowledge on identifying opportunities, building their network, and expanding their business. Bisnow has the largest audience of commercial real estate professionals worldwide, making the conference an opportune moment to network with leading industry experts, developers, property managers, brokers, owners, and more.

 

The Current Miami is a 635,000-square-foot activated office campus in the heart of Miami with availabilities from 10,000 square feet and up. The property is undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation of its exterior landscape and interior campus environment. The property’s redesign focuses on delivering Miami’s future workforce with flexible, more ingenious spaces that encourage opportunities for creativity and connection. The Current Miami owner, Bushburg, has begun the first phase of renovations focused on the building’s south entrance and lobby. The enhanced entrance and lobby experience will feature casual lounge seating, a coffee bar, and boutique retail spaces. In this phase, the property will also be concentrating on a 12,000-square-foot modernized conference center which will be immediately available to tenants upon completion. Ownership expects the first phase of renovations to be finalized in the first quarter of 2023.

 

The Current will also feature premium amenities like a state-of-the-art workout facility and atrium. The atrium will function as the pulse of the building, steering the tenant experience throughout the lush entryway, private offices, and bustling dining hall.
