Colliers South Florida announces that Kim Kretowicz, a Colliers Healthcare Services (HCS) fellow, will lead a newly formed Healthcare Investment Sales division with the South Florida Investment Services Team.

MIAMI, FL,September 15, 2022 – Colliers announced today that Kim Kretowicz has been promoted to Senior Managing Director and will lead a newly formed Healthcare Investment Sales division with the South Florida Investment Services Team.

In her new role, Kretowicz will continue to focus on healthcare investment sales at a national level out of their Boca Raton office, bouldering the synergies of the Tri-State Healthcare market and the Florida market.  Kim will join Executive Managing Director Mark M. Rubin, Director Bastian Laggerbauer, Director Brooke Mosier, and Associate Jake Stauber in growing the Healthcare division.


Previously Kretowicz was with Colliers in the NY Tri-state market, where she specialized in Medical Office (MOB) acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and physician sale/leasebacks at a national level. Kretowicz’s deal volume has been more than $200 million in the past three years. In addition, Kretowicz is a designated Fellow within Colliers International Healthcare Services Group (HCS), a recognition only 35 members have received based on their advanced skills and experience, and she is part of Colliers National Capital Markets Group. As a sought-after expert in the sector, Kretowicz guides others with her honed experience and knowledge as a routine speaker at the Commercial Health & Medical Properties conferences. Kretowicz was recently nominated as a 2022 Globe Street Influencer in Healthcare, a recognition spotlighting the professionals, teams, and companies that shape the healthcare real estate market and continue to drive its performance.
