Colliers’ Urban Core Represents Moishe Mana in Strategic Space Acquisition at 100 East Flagler

Investor adds to Downtown Miami property portfolio


Miami, March 23, 2018 – As Downtown Miami prepares for a wave of new development, investor Moishe Mana has acquired several office spaces at 100 East Flager Street, the latest in a series of strategic acqusitions represented by Mika Mattingly of the Urban Core Division at Colliers International. Mana, who already owns office space in the building on floors 2, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 10, added a total of 25,624 square feet to his holdings in the building, with acquisitions on floors 2, 3, 8 and 9. The seller was Popular Condo #3 LLC, Abraham Franco.

"This acquisition fits perfectly with Moishe Mana’s vision to revitalize downtown Miami," Mattingly said, who worked on the deal with colleague Linn Ahsberg. "He already owns the building next door and three other buildings on the same block, so this purchase is the final execution of his master plan. This $4.75 million deal adds to the $5.2 billion that domestic and foreign investors have already invested in the heart of downtown Miami since 2014, when Moishe Mana discovered the area and began to assemble properties."

The New Jersey and Miami-based developer Mana has strategically partnered with Colliers’ broker Mika Mattingly in recent years to amass a portfolio of properties in the urban core of Downtown Miami. As one of the change-makers leading the renaissance on and around Flager Street, he plans to eventually redevelop his portfolio into retail, office and residential projects that will better serve the shifting dynamic of the urban core, which is quickly becoming a vibrant 24-7 community.

As an office condo building, acquiring individual office units is the only way to acquire in the building. This transaction represents four of the fourteen office condo units in the ten-story building and adds to Mana’s downtown Miami holdings, which totals more than one million square feet of building and 8 acres of land in the urban core.
