Colliers International South Florida Tapped to Sell ATC Watertown, an 82.5-acre Land Site in Miami

MIAMI (Dec. 18, 2019) – Colliers International South Florida is proud to announce that Executive Managing Director Gerard Yetming and Director Mitash Kripalani have been appointed to spearhead the sale of ATC Watertown, the 82.5-acre land site in Miami Gardens.

Available for purchase or land lease, the ATC Watertown is comprised of two parcels of land – the first is a 64.93 acre vacant land, while the second parcel has 17.59 acres and is currently improved with an antenna tower and equipment buildings.

Located at 1255 NW 210th St., the site allows residential uses ranging from six units per acre to a maximum of 50 units per acre, along with a variety of commercial uses. As a zoned planned development, ATC Watertown additionally features a current future land-use designation of neighborhood.

“This property is perfectly located for residential development in North East Miami-Dade County, just south of the Broward County line,” said Yetming. “Our goal is to identify the ideal developer who will transform the site and deliver new high-quality product to meet the exploding demand for housing that working people can actually afford.”

With South Florida continuing to experience a shortage of remaining undeveloped land parcels – coupled with an increasing demand for rental communities, urban single-family homes and townhome units targeting the workforce population – the site provides developers with the opportunity to take on a large- scale, multi-phase project and is immediately surrounded by recently built apartment and townhome communities.
