Colliers International Florida Adds Top Tenant Rep Brokerage Team

Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein join Colliers’ expanding office team in South Florida

CORAL GABLES, FL. (May 5, 2020) – Colliers International Florida continues to grow its footprint in South Florida with the addition of Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein, two seasoned office brokers based in South Florida. The team expansion further positions the global brokerage firm as a dominant player in the South Florida office market. The team brings combined over 45 years of experience in tenant representation to Colliers’ strong platform and network.

Edelman and Goldstein’s current and past clients include Silversea Cruises, Millicom, Brickell Bank (now Banesco), Pfizer, Harley-Davidson, JP Morgan Chase, Western Union, and more.


Keith Edelman has over 25 years of experience specializing in tenant representation, building expertise in marketing, lease negotiations and financial strategy.

Prior to joining Colliers, Edelman was a Principal with Avison Young, a Senior Vice-President with JLL, and a Principal with The Staubach Company in the corporate services division. He is involved in the community through Make-A-Wish, Broward County Humane Society Foundation and the Indiana University Alumni Association.


Edelman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in business from Indiana University.


Scott Goldstein brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation for professional services, technology and governmental tenants. His expertise includes lease negotiations, office site selection and evaluation, and tenant real estate strategy.

Prior to joining Colliers, Goldstein was a Principal with Avison Young, a Senior Vice-President with JLL and The Staubach Company, and a transaction manager with CBRE. His involvements include the South Florida Office Brokers Association and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.


Goldstein earned his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Marketing and Communications from the University of Central Florida.
