Colliers International Florida Continues to Expands its Retail Team with Net Leased Sales Specialist

MIAMI, FL. (June 24, 2020)Colliers International Florida announced today that Christopher Twist has joined the firm as Senior Director based in South Florida. In this role, Twist will continue his work with triple net leased (NNN) properties in key markets across the country, providing property and portfolio analysis, seller and buyer representation, and 1031 Exchange opportunities.

Over the course of his career, Twist has participated in over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions and amassed extensive experience navigating complex deal structures, successfully brokering deals across all asset classes.

Prior to joining Colliers, Twist served as a Principal at Dodge Real Estate Corporation for the past six years, where he focused on single tenant NNN properties throughout the country involving retail, office, and industrial sectors. He also previously served as a real estate agent with Re/Max, a Mortgage Originator and has twenty years of real estate experience.
