BOCA RATON (August 31, 2021) –– Colliers continues its expansion in South Florida with the addition of associate brokers Ralph Coffino and Jake Stauber.

Coffino will join Colliers as an intern with Director Derek Baker in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Prior to Colliers, Coffino interned with Cohen Commercial Realty and Morgan Stanley’s wealth management team. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Florida Atlantic University, and upon graduation will join the team full-time as an associate broker.
Stauber will serve as a Financial Analyst and Associate Broker based in the firm’s Boca Raton office. He will work closely with the South Florida Investment Services Team, including Executive Managing Director Mark Rubin, Executive Director - Capital Markets Harry Blyden, Director Bastian Laggerbauer, Director Brooke Berkowitz, and Client Services Specialist Jennifer Eubanks.
Prior to joining Colliers, Stauber spent two years as a Field Research Analyst with CBRE in Florida. He also interned with Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, Schneider Downs, RexxHall Realty and CBRE. Stauber received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, with a minor in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida State University.
