Colliers South Florida welcomes Ana Paula as Vice President.
MIAMI, FL, January 18, 2023 – Colliers announced today that Ana Paula has joined the firm as Vice President based in South Florida. In this role, Paula will focus on agency and tenant representation for office clients based out of the Miami office.

With more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Paula is a seasoned advisor that has participated in over three million square feet of leasing activity throughout her career. Before joining Colliers, Paula was the Vice President for Blue Box Real Estate, specializing in representing office clients, including institutional firms, private equity companies, and local businesses. Ana provided leasing and acquisition services to clients and foreign national investors in this role.
Paula is also an active member of the community. She is a member of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce in Miami-Dade County and CREW Miami, a premier business network in the commercial real estate industry dedicated to the advancement of women. She’s also a volunteer at Feeding South Florida, a food bank focused on hunger relief that serves Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties.
