Colliers Brokers the $38.5 Million Sale of Primely Situated Santa Rosa Apartment Complex

Santa Rosa, Calif., August 4, 2022 – Colliers today announced the sale of Park Lane Villas East, a 100-unit apartment building complex located at 3751 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95407, situated in the heart of Southern California’s Sonoma wine country.  Representing the seller, United States Marshal Services (USMS), Colliers’ Greater Los Angeles-based Darrin Kennedy, Dan Feldman, and Reza Ghobadi, arranged a final sale of $38,500,000. 

“After just a few days on the market, we received overwhelming activity on this project,” said Colliers’ Reza Ghobadi. “The property’s location and scale piqued significant investor interest to act quickly in submitting letters of intent. Due to the number of offers received, we decided to call for the best offer. It was a tight race, but we carefully selected a buyer who demonstrated experience as an active investor in the city of Santa Rosa. ”

The complex comprises 100 luxury condominiums totaling 105,082 square feet and an additional 12,000 square feet of street-front retail space. Unit features include spacious two and three-bedroom flats and two-story residences with balconies, modern kitchens with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and large private patios or balconies.

After continuing to climb the brokerage ranks at his previous firm, he held progressively more senior brokerage and management positions, including Director of Special Asset Services, where he specialized in the disposition of distressed and REO properties.

His lengthy experience first as a business owner and now as a senior investment broker, including stints at two other brokerage firms, along with his ability to fluently speak three languages in the polyglot markets that comprise so much of the Los Angeles Basin, has allowed him to create and maintain a loyal, ethnically diverse following of clients from a variety of backgrounds.
