Colliers brokered the sale of ±257k SF Twin Creeks Shopping Center
Kansas City, MO. October 12, 2022 – Colliers today announced the sale of Twin Creeks Shopping Center, a ±257,450 square-foot retail property located at 8401-8660 N. Madison Avenue, Kansas City, MO, 64155. Anchored by national retailers Target (not included in the sale) and Kohl’s, the center is currently 99.2 percent leased to 14 tenants, including Ross Dress For Less, ULTA Cosmetics, Petco, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Bath & Body Works, Spectrum, and AT&T.
Colliers’ Orange County-based National Retail Capital Markets team of El Warner, Charley Simpson, and Caitlin Zirpolo with Colliers’ Kansas City-based Drew Quinn represented the seller, AREP III BT, LLC, reaching a final sale of $32,000,000.
