Moreno Valley Retail Center Piques Investor Interest with $21 Million Sale

Colliers arranges the sale of Moreno Beach Plaza II, indicating strong momentum for retail in the Inland Empire

Inland Empire, Calif.  June 7, 2022 – Colliers today announced the sale of Moreno Beach Plaza II, an established 82,340 square-foot retail center located at 27610 Eucalyptus Avenue in Riverside County's Moreno Valley. Prominently located along the 60 freeway and adjacent to the future World Logistics Center, the property is currently 96% leased to multiple nationally recognized tenants, including LA Fitness, Autozone, Carl's Jr., Panda Express, and more.  

Colliers' El Warner, Charley Simpson, Caitlin Zirpolo, and Jordan Gomez represented the seller, a prominent West Coast Investment firm, in the $21,000,000 sale of three single-tenant parcels, a multi-tenant pad building, and a two-tenant anchor building situated on 9.15 acres. 

Based in Southern California, Colliers' top-producing Retail Capital Markets team, led by Warner, comprises 15 specialists who advise clients on optimizing retail assets nationwide.
