North Palisade Partners acquires the 11-acre development site

Los Angeles, Calif., March 11, 2022 – Colliers today announced the recent sale of an 11.04-acre industrial property located at 2000 Pomona Boulevard in the Pomona Valley. Representing the buyer North Palisades Partners, Senior Executive Vice President Clyde Stauff and Vice President Jace Gan negotiated with the private family seller to reach a final sale price of $43,500,000.

“We are thrilled with how this deal transpired,” said Jace Gan. “North Palisades Partners are an incredible team to work with and, collectively, our agile approach in navigating the transaction proved successful. Ultimately, our clients acquired a unique industrial asset providing them with excellent potential for future development.”

Situated on Pomona Boulevard and North Humane Way, the property is adjacent to Highway 71, offering immediate commuter access and prime freeway visibility. A low coverage opportunity for North Palisades Partners, the property holds potential for a high-quality logistics yard.

Clyde Stauff and Jace Gan specialize in selling and leasing “big-box” industrial facilities and industrial land throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Both professionals are skilled in development planning, lease and investment analysis, and disposition strategies.
