Nationally anchored development offers an irreplaceable acquisition opportunity as the market’s dominant shopping center

Reno, Nev. July 7, 2022 – Colliers today announced the opportunity to acquire Nevada’s premier retail destination—Legends at Sparks Marina—the ±1.1 million-square-foot open-air lifestyle center nestled Northeast of Reno in the surging submarket of Sparks. Now on the market, the offering is 427,800 square feet of the development; currently, 97.2% leased with 65 tenants, including national retailers Target, Lowe’s Home Improvements, Nike, Adidas, Galaxy IMAX Theatres, and more.

Prominently placed at the I-80 and Sparks Boulevard interchange, the Legends at Sparks Marina attracts upwards of 11.5 million visitors annually. The development also features a Residence Inn and a Hampton Inn Hotel, a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, and will welcome an 80,000-square-foot Legends Bay Casino later this year.

El Warner and Charley Simpson of Colliers’ Southern California-based National Retail Capital Markets team have listed the property in partnership with fellow regional experts Roxanne Stevenson, Julie Taylor, and Rick Casazza.
