The Deal Cements One of the Largest Single-Asset Industrial Sales This Year

Los Angeles, Calif. December 2, 2022  – Colliers today announced the $220,000,000 sale of a single-tenant warehouse and distribution building located at 13000 Mission Blvd., Eastvale, CA 91752, situated in the epicenter of the world’s most dynamic industrial market, the Inland Empire West. The large-scale property totaling 760,829 square feet offers a unique and uncommon buying opportunity as only ten offerings of a comparable profile have transacted in the past five years.

Colliers’ Western Region Industrial Capital Markets Group, comprised of Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, and Kenny Patricia, partnered with fellow Colliers Industrial experts Steve Bellitti, Tom Taylor, and Joey Jones in providing market expertise and brokering the sale. Western Industrial Capital Markets Group lead Kendall exclusively listed the property and represented the seller in the transaction, wherein Sares Regis Group sold the property to the real estate investment business of NFI.  “We are excited to execute on the continued growth of our real estate platform, especially in Southern California, one of our core investment markets,” said Michael Landsburg, NFI’s Chief Development Officer.

“Largely driven by continued strength in container volume through the largest port complex in the country and the sustained growth in eCommerce in Southern California, demand for available space in the Inland Empire remains insatiable, and it remains the most sought-after market in the United States,” says Kendall. “This, coupled with a flight to the safest and most dynamic markets in the country for investment capital, makes this a bellwether transaction for Industrial in the U.S.”
