Los Angeles, Calif. December 2, 2022 – Colliers today announced the $220,000,000 sale of a single-tenant warehouse and distribution building located at 13000 Mission Blvd., Eastvale, CA 91752, situated in the epicenter of the world’s most dynamic industrial market, the Inland Empire West. The large-scale property totaling 760,829 square feet offers a unique and uncommon buying opportunity as only ten offerings of a comparable profile have transacted in the past five years.
Colliers’ Western Region Industrial Capital Markets Group, comprised of Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, and Kenny Patricia, partnered with fellow Colliers Industrial experts Steve Bellitti, Tom Taylor, and Joey Jones in providing market expertise and brokering the sale.
