This accomplished team brings a prolific occupier business with proven expertise advising global and national occupier clients, specifically focusing on private equity investment firms, to Colliers. The team members are also leading agency leasing advisors, representing an impressive roster of institutional landlords. Working collaboratively within Colliers’ integrated service delivery model, they will identify and utilize best practices, enhance quality control and create scalability for their clients.

Matthew Heyn comes to Colliers regarded as one of the top strategic advisors in the business. Over a 22-year career, he has built a robust global account business, working with a range of mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies, and represents some of the industry’s top institutional owners. Matthew is known for his innovative and deliberate transactional approach, consistently exceeding client expectations.
David Solomon is considered among the top commercial office professionals in Southern California, with over 25 years of expertise in both landlord and tenant representation. He has participated in some of the region’s most significant transactions, and his negotiation and tactical skills have made him a sought-after broker to many of the nation’s leading landlords while serving as a trusted advisor to some of the area’s premier tenants.
Bob Rosenthal is a highly accomplished occupier professional with over 25 years of experience delivering integrated real estate solutions to corporate occupier clients. Bob specializes in providing strategic consulting, portfolio analytics, and global transaction execution to help his clients maximize the value of their real estate portfolios.
Caitlin Hoffman is a rising star in the industry, with a ten-year career in commercial real estate working alongside Matthew Heyn. Caitlin’s primary responsibility is agency leasing, focused on formulating and executing client business strategies. Caitlin will also concentrate on local occupier transactions and client management.
