Colliers Adds Brokerage Market Leader to Bolster Growing Los Angeles Business

Ricardo Pacheco steps into a Managing Director role to help drive momentum

Los Angeles, Calif., August 17, 2022 – Colliers today announced the promotion of Ricardo Pacheco to Managing Director of Brokerage for the Los Angeles market. The addition of this leadership talent serves to further support the firm's professionals and growth trajectory in Greater Los Angeles.
"As we continue to elevate and grow our business and attract top talent, adding to our leadership team became critical. Ricardo's breadth and depth of commercial real estate experience coupled with his energy and passion will add significant value to our brokerage professionals and business," said Jodie Poirier, Executive Managing Director, and Greater Los Angeles Market Leader. "With Amanda Spangler leading Orange County and the Inland Empire, and Ricardo leading Los Angeles, we are now very well positioned to build on our strong momentum across the market."

Pacheco brings a deep understanding of the brokerage business, and diverse industry expertise garnered over a 15-year career to his new role. Since joining Colliers in 2021 in a regional leadership role, he has played an integral part in working with brokerage professionals to win, keep and grow business across the region.

"Our brokerage leaders are crucial to our success as they champion our culture, support professionals to grow their business, and recruit top talent," said David Josker, President, Southwest Region, U.S. Brokerage for Colliers. "The rapid expansion of our business in Greater Los Angeles created a need to further strengthen our leadership team. Ricardo has a successful track record on both the Occupier and Investor sides of the business. This, combined with his servant leadership style, will allow him to make an immediate and valuable impact."
During his 11-year tenure with CBRE, Pacheco held various leadership positions across both Occupier and Investor Services, including leading one of the company's most significant Transaction Management accounts.
"Colliers is committed to empowering our professionals and providing them with the tools and support necessary to grow and advance in their careers," said Pacheco. "I look forward to further partnering with them to propel their business forward and drive exceptional results for our clients."
