The Lyon Building in downtown Little Rock is preparing for a new full-floor tenant soon. Priority1 Inc. signed a lease for 20,618 square-foot space comprising the entire sixth floor on March 8. Todd Rice and Brandon Rogers of Colliers | Arkansas represented the ownership group and Ted Dickey of Colliers represented the tenant in the transaction.
Priority1 Inc. is a Little Rock-based company offering third-party logistics services including truckload, less-than-truckload, and warehousing solutions.
“The Lyon Building was a great choice for Priority1 Inc. for their new office home,” Rice said. “The property recently underwent significant renovations and upgrades to its common-area interior space, and its location in the heart of the Financial Quarter within walking distance to so many great restaurants and conveniences make it a perfect spot to do business.”
The Lyon Building, located at 401 W. Capitol Ave. in the heart of the Financial Quarter, offers on-site management and maintenance, high-performance optic technology, secure underground parking and is walking distance to both the convention center and the River Market. Suites from 1,500 to 20,000 square feet are currently available for lease, including full floors.
