Conway theater sold for $7.4M

Cinemark Towne Centre, Conway’s only movie theater, sold for $7.4 million on March 5 to EPR Properties of Kansas City, Missouri.

The seller was CapRocq Core, represented in the sale by Justin Bentley, Isaac Smith and Kevin Huchingson of Colliers International Arkansas.

Built in 2010, the 38,890-SF theater in the Conway Towne Centre at 201 Skyline Drive was acquired by CapRocq in February 2013.

Other tenants of the Conway Towne Centre are J.C. Penney, Harbor Freight Tools, Julie’s Sweet Shoppe & Bakery, Hibbett’s Sporting Goods, Bath & Body Works and the China Town restaurant.

The shopping center is 97 percent leased, manager Colliers International Arkansas said in a news release.
