Dan is experienced in all phases of industrial real estate including site selection, development and design, user sales, leasing and investment sales. Doherty Industrial Group (DIG) at Colliers International has a combined 70+ years of experience marketing industrial real estate properties in the Las Vegas Valley and during the past 24 - months the team has brokered over 6.1M square feet of industrial property. Our clients include Panattoni, Prologis, TA Associates, Matter Real Estate Group, Juliet Properties, EJM Development, Becknell, Link, Invesco, EastGroup, Caprock, Black Creek, MCA Realty, and RC Willey Home Furnishings to name a few.

Taber Thill joined Colliers International in 2001 as an office broker specializing in leasing, sales and consulting services. Taber is currently on the Board of Directors for Links for Life Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to raising and distributing funds for local children and children’s charities.  Taber is also in the golbal Board of Directors for SIOR  and also serves on the SIOR Southern Nevada BOD. 

 Angelina serves as Managing Director for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division of the Las Vegas & Reno offices of Colliers International. Angelina provides nineteen years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. Throughout Angelina’s career she has been an expert in tenant relations/retention in regards to retail, office & industrial assets. Angelina also specializes in big box retail property management, lease negotiations, and construction management. 

Angelina is involved with several charitable organizations such as Links for Life Foundation, Broken Chains, Three Square and Candlelighters. These organizations contribute charitable donations to the hungry, homeless and children with cancer throughout Southern Nevada.

Jennifer Kennedy serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Las Vegas Office of Colliers International.  As a Senior Portfolio Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations focusing on tenant/owner relations.  Her property management background includes substantial experience in industrial portfolios, as well as office and retail properties.  She has been with Colliers International since 2007.  Being a native of Las Vegas, she has used her knowledge of this market to great effect for Colliers and her clients.  Jennifer has worked with institutional real estate investors including: Invesco, Brixton Capital, Watt Companies, LNR Partners, C-III Captial Partners and Bridge33 Capital.  She brings determination, vision and creativity to bear as she treats every asset as if it were hers.  Working various private equity and institutional owner/developers, Jennifer embraces the Colliers emphasis on facilities management, tenant retention, controlled expense reduction and aesthetic enhancement.
