LANSING, Mich. — Colliers Lansing is celebrating three years of providing high-quality, personalized real estate services in the Lansing area.
Launching in 2019 as a two-person team working from home, Colliers Lansing now proudly consists of six team members, comprised of local associates and development incentive experts and more. Colliers Lansing continues to grow and operates from its office located at 2501 Coolidge Road and has served clients large and small in the industrial, office, multifamily, investment, retail and property management sectors.
Colliers Lansing was started by Shawn O’Brien, CCIM, and Julie O’Brien. Both serve as vice presidents with Colliers Lansing. The team in Lansing also includes Jeff Ridenour and Amy Richter-Perkins, both associate vice presidents, as well as Tom Caldwell, development incentives specialist and Nicole Wiseman, senior associate.
