New York, NY - February 15, 2023 – Colliers | U.S. announced today that it has hired Ken Manke as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Clients, Occupier Services | Americas.
An industry veteran, Manke brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the role. He will be based in New York. In his new role, Manke will be responsible for enhancing the company’s Enterprise Clients platform service delivery, working with some of Colliers’ largest occupier clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Manke spent seven years with CBRE, most recently as Sector President for Life Sciences in its Global Workplace Solutions group. Prior to that, he held senior roles in the areas of corporate real estate, global business services, human resources, procurement, and supply chain with leading organizations including Unilever, Whirlpool and Monsanto.
