Colliers North Florida and Karen Hong, Director of Retail Services, announce the purchase of Edgewood Avenue Shopping Center.

Hong represented the buyer in the recent transaction of the Edgewood Avenue Shopping Center.  Her client, Edgewood Grande, LLC, purchased Edgewood Avenue Shopping Center at 3118 Edgewood Ave. W. for $2.15 million.

“I’m very excited for the possibilities at Edgewood Avenue Shopping Center,” Hong said. The new ownership has already begun plans for façade improvement. Hong will also take lead in leasing the center's available spaces.

Tom Garvin of Buffalo Land Company LLC was represented by NAI Hallmark in the sale of this retail center. The property last sold in 2009 for $1.175 million. The center comprises a 61,085-square-foot of retail on 6.25 acres of land at Edgewood Avenue and Vernon Road.
