Colliers has closed the sale of IFCO 70/Connect Distribution Center, a brand new, state-of-the-art, 281,888-square foot modern bulk distribution facility located in the heart of the Indianapolis Mt. Comfort submarket at 3678 N 700 W in Greenfield, Indiana.
The Colliers Midwest Industrial Sales Team, led by Alex Cantu in the Indianapolis office and Jeff Devine and Steven Disse in the Chicago office, facilitated the transaction on behalf of Lauth Group, a commercial real estate development, construction, property management and facility maintenance firm located in Carmel, Indiana.
IFCO, the leading global provider of reusable packaging solutions for fresh foods occupies 100% of the cross-docked facility. The standalone building features 32’ clear heights, 28 docks, and offers ample car and trailer parking. The nearly 23-acre site is expandable and sits immediately off of I-70, providing phenomenal access to local labor and connectivity to Indianapolis’s air, highway, and freight infrastructure.
