Redevelopment of Former HH Gregg Headquarters Campus on Indianapolis Northside


Indianapolis-based Citimark has closed on the acquisition of the former HHGregg property located at 4151 East 96th Street on the northside of Indianapolis, IndianaAlex Cantu with Colliers Indianapolis assisted Citimark with the purchase.

Redevelopment planning for the infill 27-acre site is currently underway. Uses being considered for the redevelopment strategy include single or multi-tenant flex, industrial, and last-mile uses while preserving the flexibility for some retail outlots.

The current site consists of over 400,000 square feet of office, industrial, and showroom buildings. The campus previously served as the headquarters for major consumer electronics and home appliances retailer HHGregg – as well as its warehouse, distribution and retail showroom functions. The facility has been vacant since the company ceased operations in 2017.

Citimark purchased the property on December 24, 2020.

Marketing the redevelopment project for Citimark will be Colliers Indianapolis brokers, Jimmy Cohoat and Brian Zurawski.

Jimmy is a graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, earning a degree in accounting while also obtaining his Certificate of Advanced Accountancy.

He is an active volunteer at Cathedral High School and also works to support the local Evans Scholarship Programs.

Brian Zurawski

Brian Zurawski, SIOR specializes in multi-market Corporate Services with a strong focus on logistics and corporate facilities on a regional and global scope. His notable strengths are site selection analysis & advisory services, working collaboratively with corporate real estate heads, local/state economic development officials, and incentive procurement advisors. He is an invaluable asset to the firm through his significant contributions in various leadership roles. He currently serves as Co-Market Leader for the Indianapolis office, overseeing the firm’s strategic initiatives and key business units. Previous roles include a lead advisory capacity of the firm’s Property Management division. Additionally, he has led the brokerage operations and managed the company’s infrastructure. In 2007, he directed the firm’s selection, planning, testing and launch of an industry-tailored CRM platform and project management tool.
