Real Estate Investment professional joins Colliers Midwest Investment Services Team

Anisha YadavColliers Indianapolis announces that Anisha Yadav, an accomplished commercial real estate investment professional, has joined its Investment Services Team.

Anisha joins Colliers after an impressive career with commercial real estate powerhouses – Duke Realty (national developer/owner of 167 million square feet of industrial assets, now Prologis) and Simon Property Group (largest shopping mall REIT in the U.S).

At Duke, her most recent role was Vice President of Capital Transactions, with oversight of Joint Venture relationships. She oversaw $1.5+ billion in joint venture assets – managing the relationship with key partners and created new joint ventures to drive company growth.

Anisha’s achievements at Duke were impressive – Rising Star 2021, Co-Chair of the Chairman’s DEI Council, Co-Chair Women’s Network, and member of its Corporate Governance ESG subcommittee. She is a graduate of DePauw University and holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

At Duke Realty, her most recent role was VP Capital Transactions, with oversight of Joint Venture relationships.  She oversaw $1.5+ billion in joint venture assets – managing the relationship with key partners and created new joint ventures to drive company growth. In her 3.5 years at Duke, she closed over $2.2 billion in transactions including a $710 million Amazon joint venture recapitalization with one of the largest investors in the U.S.; disposing of all of Duke Realty's St. Louis assets for over $300 million; and setting record cap rates across the Midwest market on several disposition assets.

At Simon, Anisha was a turnaround manager – where she was assigned struggling malls to turn them around financially, to meet and exceed Simon’s EBITA goals.

Anisha enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends – but most importantly with her fiancé, as they look forward to their marriage in Summer 2023.

As leader of the Indianapolis Capital Markets and Investment team, Alex specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-user and multi-tenant investment properties on behalf of institutional and private capital clients. Alex has been involved with transactions throughout the Midwest with a primary focus on the Indianapolis market. He has exclusively represented sellers of office, retail, and industrial product, as well as advised select investors on acquisitions. With his thorough knowledge of the investment markets and extensive background in asset and market analysis, Alex provides disposition expertise in pricing, market penetration, and targeting active buyers. 

Alex is a 4-time recipient within the coveted Colliers Everest Club – recognizing the top 10% of brokers, production-wise, across the entire U.S. 

Over the past 24 months, the Indianapolis Capital Markets Team has executed on $1 Billion in transactional volume.  Previously, Alex was part of the office landlord advisory group for NAI Olympia Partners. His extensive work with landlords and prospective tenants has given him an in-depth understanding of marketing, leasing, and driving value for his clients’ investments.
