Noteworthy Transactions:

8770 North Street, Fishers | Headquarters Build-to-Suit for RQAW. Worked with client to secure the site, underwrite the project, lease vacancy, secure financing, and negotiate with the City for incentives and parking logistics. The 33,000 SF project is under construction and will be a gem of the growing Fishers Nickel Plate District. Deal Value: $8,000,000

One America Tower, 200 N Illinois Street | Tenant Representation for High Profile Tenant. Completed 35,000 SF lease transaction for Infosys, a significant new tenant in the market. Requiring State & City involvement and bringing National exposure, the transaction will be the first development and training center for Infosys in the U.S., housing up to 2,000 new jobs and adding momentum to the City’s tech hub momentum. Deal Value: $4,056,675

12115 Visionary Way, Fishers | Multi-Tenant Redevelopment Project. Worked hand-in-hand with the City of Fishers (Mayor and Economic Development) to solve a problem. City reached out to Colliers regarding a vacant call center sitting in front of one of their major economic drivers, Launch Fishers. Colliers consummated the idea to turn the building into a multi-tenant usage; introduced the right development partner, Citimark; and helped facilitate what is now called the Visionary Park. Visionary Park, a Certified Tech Park, is a 23-acre master planned campus of 5 office buildings totaling 230,000 SF, including the unique and redeveloped Visionary I building. Deal Value: $7,200,000

11939 N Meridian Street, Carmel | Multi-Tenant Headquarters / Build-to-Suit. Wagner Reese (WR) law firm owned 3.3 acres along the popular Meridian Corridor, and wanted to capitalize on the value of the land while also being part of a larger office development. Colliers worked with WR to understand their land value, the development potential of the site and ultimately connected with a developer to develop a building for WR while allowing them equity in the project. Additionally, Colliers identified an ideal tenant, Blue Horseshoe, who also wanted to be part of the project and helped pull the building out of the ground to be its Carmel headquarters well. Deal Value: $12,000,000

2601 Stout Heritage, Plainfield | Owner Occupant Sale. The building that was the former headquarters for Galyan’s Sporting Goods was looking for a new occupant. Colliers secured buyer/tenant, NAPA Balkamp, to the deal to be its future 100,000 SF headquarters. Deal Value: $6,800,000
