Lease of New Cold Storage Facility to Single Tenant

Colliers has closed the lease of 5157 SR 267, a newly-constructed distribution facility located in Whitestown.  The 187,941 square-foot building is situated along the I-65 Indianapolis/Chicago logistics corridor.

Tony Hupp with Colliers of Indianapolis facilitated the transaction on behalf of the tenant, Green Rabbit.  Headquartered out of Braintree, MA, Green Rabbit is a leading national supplier of cold storage transportation. With the growth of online grocery shopping, the new Whitestown facility will expand and expedite its service delivery - providing food grade safe temperature controlled warehouses for its clients.

The owner of the building is Becknell Industrial. Building shell was competed late 2020.
