Colliers has has advised on the sale leaseback of Jobsite Supply’s 90,314 square foot warehouse facility located at 1940 Oliver Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. The facility sits on a 7.5 acres of which over 4 acres provide zoned outside storage and is located one half mile from I-70 and less than two miles from downtown’s Central Business District. The Class B industrial warehouse was built in 1981 and features 24 foot clear height, potential rail access, and more than 10,000 square foot of office space.
Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport of the Colliers Midwest Capital Markets Team and John Demaree and Brad Williams with Colliers Indianapolis facilitated the transaction on behalf of Jobsite Supply. The asset was purchased by Exeter Property Group, a real estate investment management firm focused on industrial properties across North America and Europe.
Jobsite Supply’s Engineered Products Group, a leader in prefabrication of concrete forming and shoring systems, will occupy the facility on a new 12 year lease in the facility. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Jobsite Supply has been in operation for over 35 years and serves all of North America.
