Colliers represents Five Iron Golf on new Indy location

five ironRESIZEDColliers has represented tenant Five Iron Golf on its lease of 14,632 square feet at Industry, a new mix-used development located in downtown Indianapolis.

Aaron Snoddy, Andrew Urban, and Dugan Thompson brokered the transaction for Five Iron Golf.

Five Iron will occupy the entire first floor and span to half of the second floor, with a target open date of 2023. The new development, called Industry, is located at the intersection of Vermont and Pennsylvania streets. It will include over 200 upscale residential rental units plus commercial office space and street-level retail.

“Five Iron Golf will quickly become a destination-caliber activity. It brings an interactive golf experience with a high-energy, high-tech vibe that is appealing to both golfers and non-golfers. We are extremely excited to have them expand into the Indianapolis market,” said Dugan Thompson of Colliers.

A growing brand in the entertainment-retail mix, this is Five Iron’s first location in Indianapolis. Other locations are in major metros including Chicago, Detroit, DC, Las Vegas, NYC, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Seattle.

Dugan Thompson

Dugan Thompson specializes in Retail Advisory in the Greater Indianapolis region.  For nearly two years, Dugan was a research intern at Colliers International – dedicated to the retail sector. Therefore, he has an exceptionally deep understanding of retail in the central Indiana market – encompassing both lease and sale transaction comps, familiarity with all key retail development, awareness of the primary players, and a broad knowledge of activity and trending.

Dugan works equally on both Landlord and Tenant Rep assignments, as well as Land Sales.  He works with numerous experienced Colliers brokers, surrounding himself with vetted resources and opportunities.  He works alongside seasoned professional Stephen Daum.
