Three building portfolio trades in Indy’s southeast submarket
The Colliers Midwest Investment Services Team, led by Alex Davenport and Alex Cantu facilitated the transaction on behalf of the buyer, Legacy Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating industrial, flex, and office assets through a value-add and core-plus strategy in select markets nationwide. Over the last 18 months, Legacy Capital Partners has transacted on more than 1.2 million square feet in the Indianapolis market.
Three buildings are situated on the 16.24-acre site, which is home to a dozen tenants including Colerain RV and Marine Center of Indiana. The property sits immediately off I-465, providing excellent interstate visibility and unbeatable connectivity to Indianapolis’ highway infrastructure.
