Colliers assists Citimark in purchase of 3 parcels in Northwest Indianapolis Submarket
Colliers has closed the acquisition of three contiguous land parcels totaling 96 acres in Whitestown, Indiana.
The purchase consolidates 15.1 acres at 3444 S 450 East, 42.91 acres at 3267 S 400 East, and 38.18 acres at 3267 W 400 East into a sizable plot under the singular ownership of Citimark, an Indianapolis-based real estate investment company specializing in acquisitions, development, and asset management. The properties were purchased from three different landowners.
The Colliers Midwest Investment Services Team, led by Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport, collaborated with Andrea Hopper, Jimmy Cohoat, Jason Speckman and Brian Zurawski to facilitate the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
Citimark has an approved master plan to develop four modern bulk industrial buildings totaling 968,800 square feet with an adjacent 15-acre parcel reserved for multifamily housing. The 96-acre site is fully entitled and tax abated with convenient access to I-65 via Albert S White Drive. Ideally situated in the immediate path of progress, the location provides phenomenal access to local labor and connectivity to Indianapolis’s air, highway, and freight infrastructure.
