As leader of the Indianapolis Capital Markets and Investment team, Alex specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-user and multi-tenant investment properties on behalf of institutional and private capital clients. Alex has been involved with transactions throughout the Midwest with a primary focus on the Indianapolis market. He has exclusively represented sellers of office, retail, and industrial product, as well as advised select investors on acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Jimmy worked in public accounting with one of the big four accounting firms, Deloitte. Serving in the audit practice, Jimmy acquired and perfected project management and financial analysis skills while managing quarterly and annual audits of both publicly traded and privately held companies. These valuable experiences enable him to better understand how all decisions can affect a company’s bottom line.

Brian Zurawski, SIOR specializes in multi-market Corporate Services with a strong focus on logistics and corporate facilities on a regional and global scope. His notable strengths are site selection analysis & advisory services, working collaboratively with corporate real estate heads, local/state economic development officials, and incentive procurement advisors. Brian conducts in-depth due diligence & analysis on key factors required by Fortune 500 companies to make sound decisions regarding multi-million dollar manufacturing / distribution facilities – location, number of facilities required, size, & operational requirements. Brian has worked on projects throughout the U.S. and in Mexico, Canada, Asia, Europe, Australia, and Africa.

He is an invaluable asset to the firm through his significant contributions in various leadership roles. He currently serves as Co-Market Leader for the Indianapolis office, overseeing the firm’s strategic initiatives and key business units. Previous roles include a lead advisory capacity of the firm’s Property Management division. Additionally, he has led the brokerage operations and managed the company’s infrastructure. In 2007, he directed the firm’s selection, planning, testing and launch of an industry-tailored CRM platform and project management tool.
