Stacie specializes in assisting Landlords, providing Tenant representation and executing commercial real estate transactions. With her vast experience in commercial construction, her unique understanding of new construction and Tenant Improvements benefits her clients in finding the right property location, space and pricing needs.
Over the years, Stacie has built continued client relationships by providing quality service and communicating effectively within the commercial realm executing over 75MM in construction projects including: (10) Grace Assisted Living Centers/Additions, Multifamily & Multi-tenant Projects, Swire Coca-Cola Expansion – Fruitland, (5) Dennis Dillon Properties -Interiors and Exteriors, Clarity Credit Union, Jack- In-The-Box – Vista, Boise Spine Center, Rayco Transportation Inc., ECCO Office Remodel and Motive Power Office. Stacie has received numerous awards for providing engineering solutions and recognized within the Semiconductor industry for a mold design reducing welded components and eliminating leaks within equipment used for etching microchip wafers.

Stacie has worked in the Treasure Valley for nearly 30 years. She is a 4th generation Idahoan who grew up on a Dairy in the farming community of Eagle, where she learned the high value of working hard but having fun while doing it. In her free time, she enjoys supporting her daughters in all their sports, traveling, and spending time in the outdoors with her family.
