--Colliers Idaho Expands Brokerage Services With New Brokerage Specialist--
BOISE, ID, January 24, 2020 –Colliers International Idaho is pleased to announce that Chris Baird has joined the firm as a brokerage specialist as part of the Land Services Team. Based in the firm’s Boise office, he will serve clients throughout Idaho.
Prior to joining Colliers Idaho, Baird served in the United States Marine Corps serving nearly 13 years in active duty, and eight years in the reserves achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was winged as a Naval Aviator in 1996 and was later selected to attend Top Gun (Navy Fighter Weapons School), and became an instructor and the primary Carrier Air Wing Strike Lead. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and 2 Strike Air Medals. Baird brings brokerage experience with him to Colliers, as he was previously with Thornton Oliver Keller, focusing primarily on industrial and land transactions.

An Idaho native, Baird earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Pre-Law from the University of Idaho. He is a graduate of Navy Fighter Weapons School (TopGun), Weapons Tactics Instructor Course (MAWTS 1), and Landing Signal Officer School. Baird played collegiate football and is a member of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl Council.
