Jim’s professional experience also includes 25 years as an attorney practicing almost exclusively in real estate services.  He practiced with Isaacson, Rosenbaum, Woods & Levy in Denver, Colorado and Parsons Behle & Latimer in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Clay Anderson

Clay Anderson joined the Investment Services Team at Colliers in 2006. Over the past several years, he and his team have transacted over $2.1 billion in commercial real estate, incorporating shopping centers, office buildings, mobile-home parks, and net-leased investments and apartments. In 2022, Clay was awarded the Multifamily Influencer of the Year Award by GlobeSt.

Spencer Hansen

Spencer Hansen specializes in the purchase and sale of multifamily and investment properties in the Treasure Valley and throughout the Intermountain West. During his time at Colliers, Spencer has transacted on over $500 million of multifamily deals, consisting of large institutional assets and smaller privately-owned assets. Before coming to Colliers, Spencer worked in acquisitions at a real estate private equity firm called Peak Capital Partners. He has extensive experience in market research, real estate valuation, and analysis of investments targeting upper quartile risk-adjusted returns
