When people think of Idaho, they typically think of the Treasure Valley, however, as we continue to see growth in the Boise, MSA, we are seeing more demand stretch to our surrounding cities in the Portneuf Valley and the Snake River Valley.

In this episode you will hear from one of our Eastern Idaho brokerage advisors, Don Zebe, as he discusses how these small, more remote cities are seeing growth in retail, residential and industrial sectors, along with the sales and business programs he is developing at his alma mater, Idaho State University.
