He recently served as Project Manager and Director of Sales for Brighton Corporation, a diversified commercial developer in the Boise Metro Area, where he specialized in local development, lease and sale negotiations, and site acquisitions in Washington and Minnesota.

In 2008, Lance Millington entered commercial real estate as partner in a small development company. He has 12 years of experience in managing and leasing the company’s office buildings.
