Wilson Cribbs + Goren leases new space at Park Towers growing their Houston presence

Colliers is pleased to announce Wilson Cribbs + Goren has leased a full floor consisting of 23,028 square feet at Park Towers North located at 1233 West Loop South in Houston, Texas.

Wilson Cribbs + Goren was established in 1985 and is now one of the leading Texas real estate law firms in the area. Since they are solely focused on the business of real estate, attorneys within the firm are specifically hired based on their passions and connections to the industry. Their transactional services include acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financing, leasing, construction, and development across all asset types, plus a uniquely experienced land-use team to assist in complex zoning and other restrictive regulations. Additionally, the firm carries a strong litigation arm to create a one stop shop for the firm’s clients.


The Houston based law firm is moving to accommodate their vast growth and to be in a more central location to their clients. Park Towers offers a very efficient floor-plate allowing Wilson Cribbs + Goren to continue their growth plan with approximately 8,000 square feet of additional space.


Park Towers is a two-building office tower park situated just inside the 610 Loop, south of Memorial Park. The property features a tech savvy conference center, luxury concierge style lobbies, Amazon lockers, fitness facilities in both the North and South Tower, and a game lounge with a golf simulator room. The North Tower consists of 18 floors containing 272,621 rentable square feet with 22,250 square foot floor-plates. The near-by traffic artery provides 360-degree access to all sections of Houston.


The landlord, Regent Properties, was represented by Doug Little, Jack Scharnberg and Kelli Gault of Transwestern. Taylor Wright of Colliers represented the tenant, Wilson Cribbs + Goren, in the transaction. Wilson Cribbs + Goren has selected Interior Architects, O’Donnell Snider Construction, and Colliers’ Project Manager, Neil Potter, to assist with the build out.


“For WCG, we were tasked with identifying buildings that had efficient design, excellent ingress/egress and a hyper competitive overall economic package. Ultimately, Park Towers checked all of those boxes,” said Taylor Wright, Vice President of Colliers.


The property is located in Houston's West Loop office submarket, which contains 10.6 million square feet of office space. The submarket is 79% occupied and the average asking gross rental rate is $33.29 per square foot. The submarket recorded 177,000 square feet of leasing activity and posted 151,383 square feet of positive net absorption in Q1 2022.

Neil Potter

Senior Project Manager


Neil Potter is a Senior Project Manager and member of the Design and Construction Advisory team at Colliers in Houston, Texas. Potter has a diverse background in construction, starting with carpentry hands on to ownership of general contracting companies. For the past 20 years, Potter has been in the construction industry and is able to use the knowledge that he has gained to help owners successfully navigate the design and construction process.

Most recently, Potter served as the Vice President of Construction and leader of Arch-Con Corporations Community Division. Potter was responsible for managing multiple project teams, preconstruction services, estimating, scheduling, business development, project management and project closeout. During his time at Arch-Con, he successfully oversaw the contracting and construction of more than 250,000 square feet for non-profits, liturgical, private education and community centers. Constructing various building types, Potter created value for his clients by offering solutions, alternative construction methods and working with architects and engineering teams to reach clients’ budgets and construction goals.

Prior to his role as Vice President, Potter was a partner with Bayou City Construction, a boutique interior construction company. There he was responsible for managing budgets, subcontractors and business development. Other responsibilities included cost estimation, bidding process, sub-contractor management, project scheduling, change management, and the management of various compliance requirements related to permitting, inspections and safety, and managing communications with the architects, engineers and owners.

Potter’s tenacity was shown at early age by one of his most proud achievements, being an Eagle Scout. Neil is a Texas Christian University graduate, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He and his wife, Macari, are the proud parents of three children Kendall, Mary Langham, and James IV. He resides in the City of Houston, where he is an active member of the community, being a member of multiple non-profit organizations.
