Colliers announces the lease of a 27,150 square foot crane served warehouse in Houston


Colliers is pleased to announce the lease of a 27,150 square foot crane served warehouse located at 1612 Southcreek Lane in Houston, TX. The tenant, Drilling Tools International, was represented by Ed Frantz, John Amini and Boomer White of CBRE. Jason Tangen of Colliers represented the landlord, TRECAP Southcreek Partners, in the transaction.


The industrial manufacturing warehouse is situated on 2.958 acres in the deed restricted Candle Ridge Business Park in North Houston just east of the Hardy Toll Road. The property features 34 foot clear height, multiple cranes and four overhead grade level doors. 


The property is located in Houston's North Hardy Toll Road industrial submarket. The submarket contains 43.4 million square feet of industrial space which is currently 90 percent occupied. The average asking rate in the submarket is $7.86 per square foot.
