National Property Holdings announces the grand opening of Republic Business Center in Houston

Colliers is pleased to announce National Property Holdings hosted their grand opening for Republic Business Center located at 11333 North Gessner Road in Houston, Texas. The event was held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021.  

Republic Business Center is a 157 acre, master planned industrial development situated in Houston's northwest distribution submarket near the cross roads of Highway 249 and the Sam Houston Parkway. The property features superb amenities such as newly constructed traffic signals, private roads, regional detention, offsite water and a wastewater extension. The project is nearing its completion with its tenants Amazon and The Home Depot bringing more than 1,000 new jobs to the area.

Republic Business Center is located in Houston's Hwy 290/Tomball Parkway industrial submarket. The submarket has 30 million square feet of industrial inventory which is 85% occupied. The submarket's average asking rental rate is $7.75 per square foot.

Robert Alinger

Principal & Director


Robert Alinger specializes in the leasing, disposition, acquisition, and site selection of industrial and land in Houston and the greater gulf coast region.  His expertise with site entitlements, new development, and project leasing has established his reputation as a leading service provider to the industrial development community.
