SLS Properties, owners of the former Chevron Campus located at 4800 Fournace Place has secured Houston Methodist Hospital as an anchor tenant. Houston Methodist leased 100,812 square feet of office space consisting of floors 8, 9, and 10 and will move into the project in the first quarter of 2020. The location will serve as administrative office space for Houston Methodist.
SLS Properties acquired the 30 acre property in October of 2018 and has proposed redeveloping a portion of the property as a mixed-use development.
Coy Davidson, senior vice president in the Houston office of Colliers International, represented Houston Methodist Hospital in the transaction. The landlord was represented in-house.
