Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of ±350 acres of land located on FM 2004 in Texas City, Texas. The land purchase was comprised of two properties, a ±250 acre tract and the additional purchase of a ±100 acre tract. Both the seller of the ±250 acres, a local investor, and the buyer of the ±100 acres, a single-family developer, were represented by Harrison KaneJames Kadlick and Chris Hutcheson of Colliers.

"This development, located in the Dickinson Independent School District, will bring new homes to the Texas City area," said Harrison Kane of Colliers. "The buyer did a wonderful job navigating the due diligence process and we now look forward to seeing the subdivision come to fruition supplying more lots to the undersupplied Greater Houston Area."

The ±350 acre property sits on FM 2004 between Highway 3 and Interstate 45 in Galveston County and is ready for development. The site includes 3,400 feet of frontage on FM 2004. The buyer, an undisclosed developer, has plans to develop a single-family subdivision.
