Colliers finds CustomSpace, the Industrial Answer to a co-working space, their first location in Texas

Colliers International notes CustomSpace has leased 113,152 square feet in Central City Industrial Park at 5301 Polk Street, Building 14 in Houston, Texas. This will be the eighth location for CustomSpace and first property in Texas. Barkley Peschel and Mike Davis with Colliers International and Trey Erwin with Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.

CustomSpace, the industrial market’s equivalent to a co-working space, provides full-¬≠service warehousing, storage, and office space to businesses and individuals looking for 250 to 10,000 square feet. Their mission is to give businesses the ability to operate on a small scale but to compete on a large one. The amenities and services – from forklifts to package handling – give customers the benefits of a large-scale warehouse.
