Colliers announces the lease of a ±188,378 square foot single-tenant office/warehouse at 10600 Corporate Drive in Stafford, Texas. The tenant, Texas Logistics and Fulfillment Services was represented by Justin Brasell of Transwestern. The lessor, AIC Industrial, was represented by Barkley Peschel and Jon Lindenberger.


The property is located northwest of Interstate 69 and Highway 90. It affords easy access points on Corporate Drive and is approximately one mile to Sam Houston Tollway.

The property is located in Houston's Sugar Land industrial submarket. The submarket contains 34.7 million square feet of industrial space which is currently 94.0 percent occupied. There has been 992,000 square feet of new inventory delivered over the last twelve months and there is 5.3M square feet of industrial space currently under construction in the submarket. The average asking market rental rate is $8.70 per square foot.

Jon Lindenberger



Jon specializes in the industrial and land sectors of the Houston MSA commercial real estate market. He has 10 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 300 transactions.
