Colliers International announces the sale of Colony Place, a 14,050 square foot shopping center, located at 4403-4411 Highway 6 in Sugar Land, Texas. The buyer, DML Colony Place LP, was represented by Anita M. Amin of Preston Cunningham Ventures, LLC. Ace Schlameus and Jenny Seckinger of Colliers International represented the seller, Hass Holdings, LLC in the transaction.

Houston’s retail investment sale transactions averaged $185 per square foot in Q2 2020, a 3.8% increase over the prior period. Retail strip centers achieved a higher average of $213 per square foot in Q2 2020, a 2.8% increase over the previous quarter.
