Colliers in Houston announces the addition of Doug Pack and Sam Hansen as Principals to head the landlord representation team.
“We are thrilled to have Sam and Doug join our team,” said Patrick Duffy, President of Colliers in Houston. “These highly experienced and respected professionals add exceptional depth to our office landlord services platform. Sam and Doug fit our culture perfectly. We are confident with the power of Colliers behind them, they will be able to provide an even stronger service offering to our office landlord clients.”
Pack brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in landlord representation for office properties. Along with his leasing responsibilities, Pack’s focus is on growing Colliers’ office leasing and management platform. A Houston native, Pack graduated from the University of Houston and shortly after joined Boxer Property where he held many different positions including Director of Leasing.
Hansen brings another 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a focus in landlord representation. Starting his career with Hines, Hansen was responsible for commercial leasing of office and retail space. While there he leased many of Houston's premier Class A+ office buildings including JP Morgan Chase Tower and Williams Tower.
Prior to joining Colliers, Pack and Hansen were both with NAI Partners and most recently served as Principals with Avison Young. During their tenure, Hansen and Pack have built a commercial portfolio of more than 5.3 million square feet. Commercial Real Estate is a service industry, and the team plans to grow at Colliers by surrounding themselves with others that understand the importance of exceeding expectations every time.
Colliers’ landlord representation experts attract top tenants to properties by developing a deep understanding of the competitive market, the real estate requirements of companies in those markets and executing comprehensive marketing techniques that showcase a property’s best qualities.
