Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of the net lease property, ChampionX (Apergy), located at 385 Shale Road in Pleasanton, Texas. The buyer, EPLS, was represented by Mark Lewkowitz of Colliers in San Diego. Todd Moore and Barkley Peschel of Colliers represented the seller, CG Dover, in the transaction.
The ChampionX leased property consists of two industrial warehouse buildings totaling 23,500 square feet on 9.60 acres. The property was built in 2014 and features 20% of office space and is accessible by two main driveways that front Shale Road.

ChampionX is a global leader in oilfield technology solutions, chemistry programs and services, drilling technologies, artificial lift solutions and automation technologies for the oil and gas industry. ChampionX has occupied the property since 2014 and executed a lease extension in June of 2020 showing their commitment to the location.
The property is in Pleasanton, TX part of the greater San Antonio-New Braunfels MSA. Pleasanton is located approximately 35 miles south of downtown San Antonio and is often referred to as the Gateway to the Eagle Ford Shale. Several energy and logistics companies have regional or field offices in Pleasanton. The property is situated on major crossroads in the Eagle Ford Shale zone such as Interstate 37, US Hwy 281 and State Hwy 97.
