Premier 1,700 acre Campbell Ranch in Montgomery County becomes available for future master-planned residential development

Colliers International, a top tier global real estate service company announces the Edmond’s Team in the Woodlands will be representing the owners of the 1,700 acre Campbell Ranch for a master-planned residential development opportunity in Montgomery County.

This unique 1,700-acre estate is located north of Magnolia along the east line of FM 1486 with additional frontage along Jackson Road in the unincorporated area of Montgomery County, Texas 77353.
