Colliers announces the sale of the former BJ Services Corporate Headquarters in Tomball, Texas

Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of the former BJ Services Corporate Headquarters, a 571,000 square foot campus, located at 11211 FM 2920 in Tomball, Texas. Tom Condon Jr., Greg Cizik and Edward Edson of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, Tomball Independent School District, was represented by Mario Arriaga of First Group Commercial Real Estate.

The Class A office and industrial complex is situated on 70 acres just east of the newly expanded SH 249 Tollway, known as the “Aggie Expressway”. The campus features in excess of 235,000 square feet of office space, inclusive of over 33,000 square feet of lab areas, and 300,000 square feet of industrial warehouse and crane-served manufacturing space. The campus also includes 20 acres of land for future expansion (Brochure).

Greg Cizik

Principal & Director


Mr. Cizik has been involved in the construction, development, financing and brokerage of real estate for over thirty years; specializing since 1997 in office tenant representation and income property sales. With Colliers for more than 22 years, Mr. Cizik is both a Principal and Director, and has served multiple terms on the firm’s Governance Committee.

Prior to Colliers, Mr. Cizik was Vice President of Development for The Koll Company located in Newport Beach, CA (now KBS Realty Advisors), where he was responsible for the development and management of major multi-use commercial, residential and golf course projects.  During the 1980’s, Mr. Cizik served as Vice President of Commonwealth Mortgage and later became the owner of a residential and commercial construction company.

Edward Edson



Edward Edson is an office leasing broker responsible for providing advisory and transaction services to emerging companies, as well as large corporate clients on a local, national and international level. Since joining Colliers 13 years ago, he has only focused on consulting with office tenants and developing innovative strategies for his clients in investment sales. Edward’s diverse experience includes relocation, renewal, expansion, and disposition needs. He is a committed advisor helping clients make real estate decisions that are aligned with their strategic, financial, and operational objectives.

Edward joined Colliers after his career with Hines Interests. While with Hines, Edward represented the owners of Bank of America Center’s 1.3 million SF and assisted with the nearly 2 million SF within One and Two Shell Plaza. Prior to his leasing assignments, Edward was responsible for property management within Hine’s 1100 Louisiana building’s 1.3 million SF and BMC’s state-of-the-art 1.5 million SF campus located in Houston’s Westchase market.
