Colliers announces the investment sale of the Archrock industrial building located at 1850 Engel Drive in Gaylord, Michigan. The buyer, White Pine Industrial, was represented by Steve Poole of Colliers. Todd Moore and Barkley Peschel of Colliers represented the seller, CG EE Gaylord MI, in the transaction.
The 12,300 square foot single tenant industrial building is currently leased by Archrock. The property is situated on 2.84 acres and features 2,300 square feet of office space with 10,000 square feet of attached warehouse space. The freestanding building was built in 1999 and is accessible by two main driveways that front Angel Avenue with easy access to Interstate 75.
