Colliers International announces the sale of a retail building and pad site in southeast Houston

Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of 32,090 square feet at 9950 Kleckley Drive, Houston, TX. The buyer, Kingdom Living Christian Church, was represented by Jake Scarborough of CB United. Robert Hantgan, Jenny Seckinger and Ace Schlameus of Colliers International represented the seller, IBERIABANK in the transaction.

The 32,090 square foot building sits on a 147,668 square foot lot with a 63,422 square foot pad site. Kingdom Living Christian Church, currently at 7746 Almeda Genoa Road in Houston, TX, has bought the property with plans for expansion.
